NatureHouse, is a growing Estonian company, mainly specialised in building log-houses.

Our goal is to offer good-quality and nature friendly solutions to people valuing living close to nature.

Our main strength today is building custom-design log houses in Estonia, Finland, Norway and Sweden. We build according to clients plans, but we can also recommend talented designers from Estonia.

Experience

Our production managers have 5 years of experience working for different log-house manufacturers and building log houses on site in Sweden and Norway. Team also has experience in real estate development and financing projects in Estonia.

Production

The production takes place in our facility in Juuru, near Rapla, Harjumaa. Our production capacity is approximately 15-20 houses per year, depending on projects complexity. Production hall allows building 2 projects simultaneously.

Financial

2008 will be difficult year for many building companies due to worldwide cooling of real estate market and rise of interest rates in European area. NatureHouse is well capitalized, operating (at the moment) without bank financing.

NatureHouse can invest flexibly up to 1M EUR into production development if growth resulting from new contracts needs further financing.
